Butter concentrates are ideal in low fat applications where they provide the richness and mouth feel just as butter at a fraction of the fat, calories and cholesterol content. These Butter Concentrates also masks off-flavors, round out harsh notes and enhances the overall flavor.

With typical concentrations of upto 50 to 70 times that of standard butter. Our Butter Concentrates are available in paste, powder and liquid forms which are convenient to use and have a shelf life of 6 to 12 Months.
